What we are building
It replaces the registers, calls and chat groups spread across many independent bodies — and it lives on the phone, where members already are.
How the organization is built
The seven levels
Two parallel trees
A 16-member office-bearer team at every level — President, Vice-Presidents, Gen. Secretary (Org), Secretaries, members.
Each an independent body with its own office-bearers & membership at every level.
One person, many seats. A position is unit × body × rank; one member can hold several across bodies and levels, each with its own tenure.
The relationship that defines everything
The core body is the hub
It supports the affiliates as independent spokes — carrying their needs, requests and representations to the right administrative and political officials, at every level from Panchayat to the Central government, and bringing the response back.
Affiliates stay independent
Each runs and sees only its own work. No affiliate's office-bearers report to another's, or to the core body's. Only each affiliate President connects upward — to the National Coordinator, who also approves appointments against eligibility he sets.
Advisory Board — the current and immediate-past Presidents of all affiliates, plus the core body President — sits at the Central and State levels only, to keep continuity through leadership changes.

Sign in — phone + one-time code. Simple, and works on basic phones.
Home — membership status, dues, points and what needs action, at a glance.
Support the mission beyond your dues.
Dues — a member's standing is a fee paid; that's what makes the count real.
Communication & privacy
The leadership was clear: messaging lives inside the platform, not on WhatsApp, so a member's phone number is never exposed. Notifications still reach the phone; identities stay protected.
Inbox — one-to-one, groups and notice boards, all in-app.
Chat — people are known by name and role, protecting them from unwanted calls.
Activities & recognition
Universal initiatives — tree plantation, care for the elderly and sick, social work — alongside each body's advocacy work: notes, memoranda, white papers, workshops, press conferences. Logged with evidence, verified, then rewarded.
Log activity — with photos and documents as proof, at any of the seven levels.
Membership, fees & performance
A person counts as a member once their fee is paid — so the count at every level, for the core body and each affiliate, is real and verified. Together with activities, it becomes the performance picture for every unit and office-bearer.
Fees drive the count
Joining fee at induction, then an annual fee. Paid, verified, de-duplicated — no inflated rolls.
Activities add weight
Verified work earns points. Counts + points combine into a score the leadership defines.
Performance, level by level
Dashboards for every unit and body — who is growing, who is active, who needs support.
The office-bearer's console
Dashboard — counts, dues and tasks, scoped to the bearer's own body and area.
Approvals — one inbox: members, appointments and activity all flow the same way.

Directory — email and socials are visible; numbers stay locked behind approval.
How decisions travel
Review documents & interview at the entry level → mark Suitable / Hold / Rejected with remarks → forward up → approve. Every member fully verified, by reference only.
Nominate an accepted member → check eligibility (members, outreach, funds — thresholds set by the Coordinator) → route up → approved by the National Coordinator, not the President. Same pattern at every level.
The same request → review → approve engine powers onboarding, appointments, fund requests, kit requests, removals and number-reveals — with the competent authority configurable for each.
Money, simply and accountably
On approval, funds transfer to you — with a receipt.
Fund request — submit a plan and amount; the competent authority approves and disburses.
Kits & materials — joining kit on induction; reorders requested, paid and reconciled.
Member protection & trust
Numbers stay hidden
In-app messaging and a gated directory keep members from being flooded with calls.
Controlled access
The National President may remove members; the National Coordinator, members and office-bearers. Every action logged.
Privacy by law
DPDP-ready: clear consent, minimal data, secure IDs, and the right to withdraw.
